Pullulan polysaccharide is a non-ionic, non-reducing stable polysaccharide, so it is easy to dissolve in water, and can be used as a viscous, neutral, non-ionizing non-gelatinized aqueous solution. The film made is transparent, colorless, odorless, non-toxic, tough, high oil resistance, edible, and can be used for food packaging. Its luster, strength and folding resistance are better than those made of high-chain starch.
